Monthly indoor flying sessions are held in the spacious Colorado Springs City Auditorium, located on the South-west corner of Weber and Kiowa streets in downtown
Colorado Springs. The Auditorium has a smooth 40 ft acoustical ceiling and a useable floor area of about 150 ft x 80 ft.
The cost to use the facility is $60 per year for admission to each of the 9 scheduled Free-Flight sessions as well as the 9 scheduled Indoor RC Sessions. For those that don’t wish to purchase the yearly subscription, a nightly fee of $15 will be charged. To see the scheduled dates for the current year go to the Flying Dates tab.
The auditorium is also the venue for the twice yearly MMM Indoor Contests (usually held in November & February) sponsored by the Magnificent Mountain Men Freeflight Club. Newcommers and spectators are always welcome.
